Shipping destinations

We deliver within our country (Germany) as well as to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, People's Republic of China, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Republic of Singapore, Reunion Island, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom.

Shipping times and period of delivery

All orders for our products that are in stock are processed and shipped in one to two business days. Orders are not shipped during holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

The estimated delivery times for in-stock items are as follows:

• Germany: 2-4 business days
• EU: 5-10 business days
• Others: 10-20 business days

Pre-orders

Some of the products sold on KeebSupply are available for pre-order. These items have not yet been manufactured and will only be produced after the pre-order period has ended. An estimated time of arrival, or ETA, is indicated on each product page. This ETA is the estimated arrival time at KeebSupply. Once we receive the items, we will ship all orders as soon as possible. Depending on your location it might take longer for your package to arrive. After the ETA has been reached the delivery times are as stated in the previous segment.

If you place an order during the pre-order period, you are guaranteed to receive the product once production has finished. Two weeks after fulfilling all pre-order units, we usually release a limited number of additional units to be sold as in-stock items. Please note however, that these extra units are limited and may sell out quickly.

When you order one or multiple other products together with one or multiple pre-order items, all items will be shipped together only after all pre-order items have arrived.

Shipping costs

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Because of this, shipping costs are determined by the items in your cart, their size and weight, as well as the exact delivery address and the chosen delivery method. The costs will be calculated and displayed to you during the checkout process. A prior determination of shipping costs is unfortunately not possible.

Free/reduced shipping

We offer free shipping or reduced shipping if your order reaches the given minimum total including VAT.
This only applies to the cheapest available method, usually Warenpost:

• Germany – Free shipping
  • Warenpost: €40 minimum order value
  • DHL: €75 minimum order value
• Rest of EU – 50% reduced shipping
  • Warenpost: €75 minimum order value
  • DHL: €250 minimum order value
• Countries outside of the EU – no free or reduced shipping

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. However, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via e-mail if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost and/or stolen packages

KeebSupply is not to be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible and report the problem to the local authorities.

Return requests

KeebSupply allows you to return the bought product(s) within a period of fourteen days after delivery. Kindly be advised that the product(s) should be returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Import duty and taxes

Orders within the EU are subject to the destination country's tax rate. No additional duties, taxes or fees will be collected on delivery. For destinations outside of the EU, no VAT is charged in advance, and your order will be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees, for which KeebSupply is not responsible.
