Shipping policy

    KeebSupply is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

    Shipping

    All orders for our products that are in stock are processed and shipped in one to two business days. Orders are not shipped during holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Pre-orders

    Some of the products sold on KeebSupply are available for pre-order. These items have not yet been manufactured and will only be produced after the pre-order period has ended. An estimated time of arrival, or ETA, is indicated on each product page. This ETA is the estimated arrival time at KeebSupply. Once we receive the items, we will ship all orders as soon as possible. Depending on your location it might take longer for your package to arrive.

    If you place an order during the pre-order period, you are guaranteed to receive the product once production has commenced. Two weeks after fulfilling all pre-order units, we usually release a limited number of additional units to be sold as in-stock items. Please note however, that these extra units are limited and may sell out quickly.

    When you order one or multiple other products together with one or multiple pre-order items, all items will be shipped together only after all pre-order items have arrived.

    Free/reduced shipping

    We offer free shipping or reduced shipping for the cheapest available method if your order reaches the given minimum total:

    • Germany - Free shipping
      • Warenpost: 40€
      • DHL: 75€
    • Rest of EU - 50% reduced shipping
      • Warenpost: 75€
      • DHL: 250€
    • Countries outside of the EU - no free or reduced shipping

    Wrong address disclaimer

    It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. However, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via e-mail if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

    Lost and/or stolen packages

    KeebSupply is not to be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible and report the problem to the local authorities.

    Return requests

    KeebSupply allows you to return the bought product(s) within a period of fourteen days after delivery. Kindly be advised that the product(s) should be returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.

    Import duty and taxes

    Orders within the EU are subject to the destination country's tax rate. No additional duties, taxes or fees will be collected on delivery. For destinations outside of the EU, no VAT is charged in advance, and your order will be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees, for which KeebSupply is not responsible.

Refund Policy

    Our return and refund policy is valid for a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so, provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of fourteen days has lapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

    Refund requirements

    The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

    • Product must be in original packaging.
    • Product must be unused.
    • Product must not be damaged.

    In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above listed criteria, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

    Proof of purchase

    To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

    You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.

    You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
